Ms. Jessica

Ms. Jessica began her career in personal injury in 2008 and joined Lawyer Power^® Office of Mark Farbman in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica had the unique opportunity to work at a chiropractic office and worked directly with patients throughout their recovery and treatment process. She was able to encounter the challenges patients faced while recovering from their injuries.

Jessica is the Office Manager and Paralegal and is responsible for overseeing and processing the necessary steps of a personal injury case under the supervision of Attorney Mark Farbman. She is in charge of the day-to-day handling of cases including competently opening a claim with an insurance company, support with property damage claims, guiding the client through the treatment process, maintaining communication with the client, and ensuring the clients get the treatment they need. In addition, she handles health insurance processing with medical liens and gathers and then reviews the medical records and itemized bills. She creates the demand package materials for review prior to the demand letter being authored by the attorney. The final step is to send the demand package with demand letter to the insurance bodily injury claim adjuster.
